Gail Westlin, MS, MEd, LPC, LMHC, is a therapist and a beacon for individuals in their quest for balance, connection, and personal meaning. While Gail remains devoted to individual therapy, she also feels profoundly called to support women in deepening into themselves—into their hearts, creativity, intuition, and connection with one another.
As a mother and former educator, Gail brings rich insights into family dynamics, parenting, child development, and educational systems, ensuring her support is rooted in real-life experiences. She artfully blends personal and professional wisdom, meeting each person with compassion and care for their unique journey.
Gail’s work is rooted in the belief that healing and transformation are not meant to happen in isolation. Gail is inspired by the idea of women holding one another up, dreaming one another into possibility, and creating spaces where trust, reflection, and authentic sharing allow something greater than the individual to emerge. Through listening, writing, witnessing, and connection, Gail honors what she calls “the work of the soul,” the sacred energy that unfolds when women gather in truth and mutual support.
Her holistic approach offers a sanctuary where all aspects of one’s well-being are nurtured. Gail recognizes the intricate dance of human existence, always guiding individuals toward greater wholeness, embodiment, and self-awareness.
With Gail, acceptance is not just a word; it is a lived practice. Every strength, vulnerability, and life experience is welcomed with profound respect and non-judgment. Her grounded presence creates a space for genuine expression, deep listening, and meaningful transformation.
As a seasoned therapist, Gail honors the innate wisdom within each individual, understanding the subtleties of timing, symbolism, intuition, and the body’s intelligence. She believes that the more a woman can consciously recognize and honor the many reflections of herself in other women, the more fully she can embody the many dimensions of her own life, enriching not only herself but also all those around her.
Inspired by the writings of Jungian thinkers, particularly Marion Woodman and Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Gail’s work invites individuals to slow down, listen inward, and trust the deeper wisdom already living within them.
“Honoring our deeper selves means listening to our body, instincts, and our soul’s timing, instead of forcing ourselves to live only by outer demands.”
— Clarissa Pinkola Estés

Gail's journey is as vast as the stars she's born under—an Aquarius with a spirited Sagittarius rising and the deeply nurturing soul of a Cancer moon. Grown through the undulating terrains of life, from the trials of divorce to the joyous role of being a mother and adoptive parent, Gail's essence is that of unwavering resilience and profound love.
She's not one to stand on the sidelines of her own human experience; she shows up fully, feeling every ripple and wave. An educator at heart, Gail's nurturing nature spills over in her professional realm, as much as it does in her world, shaping minds and spirits alike.
The same can be said when she’s kayaking, gliding effortlessly across water, or meditating, diving deep into her own soul and dreamwork. Her love for being present in her body and spirit has paved a growth path, supporting her emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
When Gail isn't supporting her clients, she's probably in her beloved garden—another world where she’s a hands-on creator—or perhaps lost in the enchanting embrace of a forest, hiking her way to clarity. The outdoors, for her, is both a sanctuary and a muse, propelling her to envision the bigger picture for herself and humankind.
One of Gail's most transformative experiences was her visit to Knossos in Greece, where the ancient practice of dream healing connected her to a reservoir of understanding. This discovery became the acorn to her vast oak tree of knowledge, leading her to the profound insights of Carl Jung and the mysterious depths within each one of us.
With a penchant for Greek mythology, Gail is adept at guiding women to identify and embrace their inner goddess. She feels the pulse of the sacred, is deeply connected to the divine feminine, and is a staunch believer in the power of more profound healing.
Defined as a 'Generator' in Human Design, Gail's energy is magnetic and consistently radiant. And while she may ponder on what else to highlight about herself, to those who know her, Gail is and always will be a loyal friend—a strong nurturer, an eternal student, and a divine reflection of the universe's mysteries.
